Motion Sickness Information

Some people can ride out the roughest seas and never get sick while others start to feel to feel sick at the start of the trip. If you are not sure which type of person you are it is best to plan ahead of time. There are several medications on the market that aid in motion sickness, both over the counter and by prescription. H&M Landing has a great article explaining the cause of motion sickness and what you can do to prevent it and how to help yourself if you do become ill. If you use this information your chances of becoming seasick will greatly decrease. Just click on the link below.

Be sure to bring along more medication than you think you will need. If you are going to use the patch that goes behind your ear they last for three days...unless they come off. Bring extra just in case!
